Wireless Sensor System on Trial in Singapore General Hospital

SINGAPORE (Xinhuanet) -- A wireless sensor system is on trial in the orthopedic ward of the Singapore General Hospital (SGH). Tags currently allow doctors and nurses to check patients' temperatures at any time through the hospital's computers and PDAs, and are expected to be used for heart rate and blood pressure monitoring too.
