The WiFi-502 from Measurement Computing Corp., Norton, MA, measures the temperature and humidity of its environment and transmits the data via a WiFi network to a PC for viewing and analysis. Measurement range is –20°C to 60°C and logger memory can store >500,000 samples. The 802.11b-compliant device stores all data in sensor memory even if the WiFi connection is temporarily disconnected; includes software for setup, logging, and data review; and has configurable high/low alarms. A rechargeable internal battery provides power.
