The Imaging Source introduces its latest single-board and industrial cameras in the form of 18 USB3 Vision compliant camera models featuring the latest Sony Pregius and STARVIS CMOS sensors with USB 3.1 (gen. 1) reversible Type-C port connection. The "37 series" color and monochrome cameras offer high frame rates in addition to high dynamic range and brilliant color rendition.
Developed specifically to meet the demands of modern imaging systems, Sony's IMX287 global shutter sensor achieves maximum speeds of 539 fps at 0.4 Mpixels, maximum. 600 fps at VGA, and the IMX273 maximum 236 fps at 1.5 MP, maximum 600 fps at VGA (lower resolutions allow the frame rates to be increased accordingly). The board-level cameras' small form factor (30 mm x 30 mm x 12 mm) and USB 3 Vision compliance allow for easy integration in applications adhering to the standard. Housed versions offer a compact design (36 mm x 36 mm x 25 mm) with C/CS or S-mount. The company provides free software tools and SDKs for Windows and Linux platforms.
