USB 3.1 Cameras Boast High Res Performance And Speed

The Imaging Source’s latest 6-Mpixel, single-board color and monochrome cameras feature Sony's extremely light-sensitive STARVIS IMX178 sensor and USB 3.1 (Gen. 1) reversible Type-C port connection.

 

The cameras provide a resolution of 6 Mpixels at a maximum speed of 60 fps. They sport a small form-factor, measuring 30 mm x 30 mm x 12 mm. USB 3 Vision compliance allows for easy integration in applications adhering to the standard.
