Each sensor is 18 mm dia. and features a teach-in input mode, adjustable detection threshold, IP67 rating, and 20–60 mm sensing range with optimal sensing range of 45 mm. Splice detection systems detect the presence or absence of glue, splices, bonding, or absence of base material. Label detectors provide automatic detection of labels and carrier materials. Double-sheet detectors detect zero, one, or two sheets of material with weights from 10 g/m² to 2000 g/m². Sensors are insensitive to printing, colors, and glossy surfaces.
