The uClamp3601P 33V transient voltage suppression (TVS) device is designed to protect industrial sensors. The device achieves a low ESD clamping voltage in its 1 mm x 0.6 mm package. Features include transient protection for high-speed data lines to: IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) ±20kV (air), ± 15kV (contact); IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) 40A (5/50ns) and a 33V working voltage protection.
