Providing 600W peak pulse power dissipation in a standard DO-15 package, the TP6KE Series automotive TVS diodes protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by load dump and other transient voltage events. The AEC-Q101 qualified devices offer an operating junction temperature (Tj) up to +175°C.
