Suitable for lightning surge and ESD protection of smartphones, tablets, other portables, the SP3312T Series 3.3V, 15A TVS diode arrays integrate four channels (two differential pairs) of low capacitance diodes. Compared to similar components, the SP3312T arrays provide 71% lower capacitance and up to 150% higher power handling capacity. The devices can safely absorb up to 15A per IEC 61000-4-5 (tp=8/20μs) without performance degradation and a minimum ±30kV ESD per IEC 61000-4-2. Other features include a peak pulse power rating of 250W, 15A peak current ESD protection and a small form factor µDFN-08 package measuring 1.8 mm x 2 mm x 0.554 mm.
