TVS Diode Array Provides 50% Lower Clamping Voltages

While protecting ICs from ESD damage, the low-capacitance SP3014 Series TVS diode array specifies clamping voltage of more than 50% lower than comparable silicon devices. The device integrates two channels of low capacitance steering diodes plus a Zener diode and can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC61000-4-2 international standard without performance degradation. Dynamic resistance is 0.04Ω and loading capacitance is a mere 0.5 pF.
