The SP3022 Series 0.35-pF, 2-kV bidirectional (back-to-back) discrete ESD-protection TVS diode arrays can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes over the maximum level specified in the IEC61000-4-2 international standard without performance degradation. The back-to-back configuration provides symmetrical ESD protection for data lines when ac signals are present. Low loading capacitance of 0.35 pF makes them ripe for protecting high-speed data lines such as all released versions of HDMI and USB, DisplayPort, V-by-One, and eSATA.
