TVS Diode Is AEC-Q101 Qualified
Littelfuse Inc.

Ready to protect automotive electronics from voltage transients and ESD, the TPSMB Series transient voltage suppression (TVS) Diode complies with the Automotive Electronics Council’s Q101 Stress Test Qualification for Automotive Grade Discrete Semiconductors (AEC-Q101). Additionally, its compact, low-profile DO-214AA SMB package simplifies board layout. TPSMB TVS diodes are available in standoff voltage ratings ranging from 10V to 77V for both uni-directional and bi-directional devices. Other features include a 600W peak pulse power dissipation rating (10×1000 μs waveform).
