Blancett
Developed for the secondary oil recovery market, the Model 1100 from Blancett, Racine, WI, is a turbine flowmeter with 316 SS housing and rotor support assemblies, CD4MCU SS rotor, tungsten-carbide rotor shaft, and journal bearings. Flow ranges are from 20–171,000 BPD on pipe sizes up to 10 in. The flowmeter maintains measurement accuracy and mechanical integrity in the corrosive and abrasive fluids commonly found in oilfield water flood projects and other industrial applications. It is suited for use in pipelines, production/injection fields, in-situ mining operations, and offshore facilities.
