Tube Inspection System from AcousticEye

The Dolphin G3 from AcousticEye, Leusden, The Netherlands, uses acoustic pulse reflectometry (APR) to provide accurate, noninvasive inspection of tubes up to 4 in. in diameter, in any shape or material. The ability to examine larger tubes means that the system can be used to inspect boilers, fin fans, and other heat exchangers. The system can identify holes, blockages, erosion, and pitting in a variety of hard-to-inspect tubes including U-bends, boiler units, and heat exchanger types with difficult access points.
