Trimmed for portable electronics, the T0603FF series fast-acting thin-film SMD chip fuses offer current ratings from 0.15A to 5A. A unique thin-film process technology and alloy based metal fuse element design enables very low DCRs and high in-rush current withstanding capabilities. The components sport a low profile of 0.3 mm, are lead and halogen free, RoHS compliant, and compatible with lead-free reflow soldering processes.
