Available in five case sizes from 0603 to 2512, the component offers a tight TCR of ±2 ppm/°C and tolerance of ± 0.01 % for industrial, medical, military, and aerospace applications. With stable film and performance characteristics of ± 0.04 % at +70 °C for 10,000 hours, the PLTU provides a resistance range from 100 Ω to 3 MΩ, with non-standard values available. The device specs a noise figure < -30 dB, a low-voltage coefficient of 0.1 ppm/V, power dissipation ratings from 150 mW to 1 W, 75V to 200V maximum working voltages, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
