Palmer Wahl Instrumentation Group, Asheville, NC, offers a line of RTD and thermocouple sensor assemblies that are available in a variety of configurations, sensor heads, and sensor head materials. You can choose from terminal blocks or transmitters for data transfer; HART protocol transmitters are also available. Temperature sensing options include grounded or ungrounded Type J, K, or T thermocouple elements; thin-film or wire-wound Class A or B RTDs; and 2-, 3-, and 4-wire RTD models. Custom-built probes are available.
