The enhanced version of the ThermoView Pi20 from Raytek Corp., Santa Cruz, CA, is a process imager offered with DataTemp Pi software. The thermal imaging system includes two additional 45° remote focus cameras, an outdoor enclosure, and a C++ software development kit. Designed for automated monitoring and control of continuous or stationary targets, the fixed-mounted process imager provides an automated view of the process and is offered in either –40°C to 500°C or 200°C–2000°C measurement ranges. Applications include furnace refractory monitoring, semiconductor/solar manufacturing, and manufacturing and production of glass, plastics, automotive components, and petrochemicals.
