Thermal Epoxy Cures Quick

For managing heat in electronic assemblies, 50-3112 Thermally Conductive Epoxy assists manufacturers with thermal management issues while offering a quick cure and easy application. The adhesive is packaged in a TriggerBond dual barrel cartridge system, allowing users to easily apply the epoxy with accuracy.

The prominent feature of the 50-3112 is the development of the adhesive strength within four hours at room temperature.  After four hours the lap shear strength is 1,400 psi and after twenty-four hours reaches strength of over 2,200 psi. Additionally, it is electrically insulating and thermally conductive, making it a good choice for bonding heat sinks. Samples are readily available and ship within three days. For some deeper insights, peruse the 50-3112 datasheet.
