IPDAS TC and TH analog input modules from CyberResearch Inc., Branford, CT, connect to temperature sensors on one side and to 10Base-T Ethernet on the other. The modules offer 8 differential input channels with 24-bit resolution at 16 Sps max. as well as 8 independent digital I/O. The IPDAS TC connects directly to Type B, E, J, K, N, R, S, and T thermocouples to cover a temperature range from –346°F to 3308°F and has a built-in Web interface to forward your data via standard Ethernet channels. The IPDAS TH adds the ability to accept RTD, thermistor, and semiconductor inputs. Both modules automatically linearize the data with appropriate NIST linearization coefficients.
