PT-500 submersible liquid level/pressure transmitters from Automation Products Group (APG) Inc., Logan, UT, have vented, watertight cables and provide a 4–20 mA signal while submerged up to 450 ft. A removable SS cage connects to the sensor with a snap ring and lets you replace the sensor without needing to replace the cage at the same time. Accuracy is 0.50% of span and temperature compensation is included. The devices are suited for use in sewage lift stations, tank liquid level measurement, water and wastewater, well depth measurement, and environmental water depth measurement.
