The LTM4623 3A µModule step-down regulator resides in a 1.8-mm profile LGA package with a 6.25 mm x 6.25 mm footprint. Including solder paste, package height is less than 2 mm, meeting the height requirements of many PCIe, Advanced Mezzanine Cards (AMC) for AdvancedTCA carrier cards in embedded systems. The device operates from 4V to 20V supplies and regulates an output voltage from 0.6V to 5.5V with 1.5% maximum total dc output voltage error.
