The sigPOD monitors provide a universal hardware platform for the company's process monitoring and quality management systems. The sigPOD 1202 and 1204 have 2 and 4 channels, respectively, and offer a 40 GB solid-state drive, 1.66 GHz dual-core processor, and 2 USB 2.0 ports. Other features include independent per-channel amplifier, 33.3 mV sensitivity, and up to 4 encoder channels. Applications include press-fit monitoring, torque testing, sound and vibration analysis, welding, and profiling.
