SIXNET, Clifton Park, NY, offers the Slim Line Series of industrial Ethernet switches with up to 4 fast Ethernet (100 Mbps) fiber-optic ports. The fiber ports are available with multimode, single-mode, long-haul, or other special-application transceivers with SC- or ST-style connectors. The SL-8MS (managed) and SL-8ES (unmanaged) switches support all standard IEEE 802.3 protocols and feature real-time secure performance through RSTP, SNMP, VLAN, IGMP, HTTPS, SSH, and SNMPv3. All ports communicate at full-duplex speed. Operating temperature range is –40°C to 75°C. Switches are rated Class I, Div. 2 and Zone 2, UL/CSA, CE, FCC, and RoHS.
