As the market for sensors and related technologies continues to grow, Sensors Expo & Conference provides the only platform in the industry exclusively dedicated to showcasing the latest in sensors and sensor-integrated systems.  In 2015, more than 5,000 attendees from over 40 countries gathered together to share best practices, exchange ideas and make invaluable industry connections to drive business forward. According to John Kerns of Federal Express Corp., “I found Sensors Expo and Conference to be a valuable resource to identify emerging and available technologies and a means to enhance my personal knowledge with respect to various types of sensors, test methodology and much more.” In fact, 94% of attendees reported they come to Sensors to purchase new technologies for current projects, and rely on the event to learn about the newest innovation in sensing technologies that are driving tomorrow’s solutions.

Named to Trade Show Executive’s Fastest 50 for the third consecutive year, the Sensors Conference will feature over 55+ Technical Sessions covering nine different Tracks, five Pre-Conference Symposia, and two visionary Keynote Presentations.

New this year, the event will feature:

  • Expanded 2-day IoT Track
  • Expanded Flexibles & Wearables Track
  • Sensors & Embedded Systems Design Track
  • Embedded Security Pre-Conference Symposia
  • Flexible & Wearables Pre-Conference Symposia
  • Hands-on Workshops and Sessions
  • University & Non-Profit Program
  • Startup Venture Forum & Pavilion

Roger Grace of Roger Grace & Associates notes, “Sensors Expo continues to be the “only game in town” to obtain relevant information on sensors and the components that go into sensor-based systems. Sensors 2015 was my 28th visit.”

In 2015, Sensors welcomed nearly 250 exhibitors to the event and 90% reported that Sensors met or exceeded their expectations. To date, more than 200 companies are scheduled to exhibit at the 2016 event including Platinum Sponsors Arrow, B-Scada, Cypress Semiconductor, and Digi-Key Electronics. In addition to traditional exhibit space, Sensors will offer new and expanded exhibit and sponsorship opportunities, including Technology Pavilions, New Product Showcases, Startup Opportunities, Branding Sponsorships, and more. Exhibitor sign up is available by contacting Cal Groton or Joe Zuccerella.

“Unlike anything else in the industry, Sensors offers highly technical expertise combined with a focus on real-world applications of sensors – from applications in fitness with wearable sensors, to automotive with safe-driving sensors, to medical with fabric sensors,” said Mat Dirjish, Executive Editor, Sensors Magazine. “We have a proven track record of presenting relevant content, featuring today’s most influential industry thought leaders dedicated to addressing the entire sensor ecosystem. Sensors is the de facto event for any engineer looking to harness the power of innovation to drive the future of sensing technology.”

Attendee registration is now open for the 2016 event at www.sensorsexpo.com/registration.
