Baumer’s CombiSeries adds a new conductivity sensor, the CombiLyz, developed primarily for analysis and differentiation of media in the food, pharmaceutical, and water treatment markets. Capable of displaying both conductivity and temperature quickly, the sensor features a compact stainless-steel housing with IP 69 K class protection. Other features include 14 measuring ranges from 500 μS/cm to 1000 mS/cm, measurement results with a maximum deviation of less than 1 %, and a response time of less than 0.3s for conductivity measurements and less than 15s for temperature. A standard version includes a CombiView display, which displays multiple process variables at the same time.
