SecurityScorecard Wins Global Industry Accolade at PwC's Cyber Security Day

NEW YORK, NY – SecurityScorecard received the 'Most Promising Company Award' for their sophisticated technology and strategic implementation during PwC's Inaugural Cyber Security Day, held on Tuesday, October 18 at Crystal Park in Luxembourg, Europe.

The inaugural event, run by PwC's Accelerator team in Luxembourg, aims to foster technology company growth for businesses boasting a high potential for development across the world. The PwC Cyber Security Day gathered the most influential decision leaders in the cyber security industry and offered rising cyber security technology companies the opportunity to present their solutions to potential investors who can help expand their footprint globally.

Following a strict selection process, SecurityScorecard was selected as one of the ten cyber security technology companies globally and was invited to compete in a 'Local to Global' pitching competition and strategic networking forum. Chris Meidinger, Senior Director Customer Success at SecurityScorecard presented to over 200 international investors and executives in Luxembourg.

Through the rigorous competition SecurityScorecard competed against cyber security companies from Europe, Israel, and the United States but it was the company's ten critical security categories, such as Patching Cadence and Endpoint Security that assess the security of third-parties, and the collaborative capabilities of SecurityScorecard's continuous monitoring and rating platform, which includes the world's first and only security search engine ThreatMarket™, that awarded them the 'Most Promising Company Award'.
