Residing in standard TO-220A packages, the ASCT625A Series silicon controlled rectifiers (SCRs) have the ability to withstand the shock loading of current up to 25A. The devices also provide high dv/dt capabilities and a strong resistance to electromagnetic interference. Other features include a repetitive peak off-state voltage and repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V, maximum on-state voltage of 1.6V, continuous dc gate trigger current of 40 mA, and a peak surge (non-repetitive) on-state current of 300A.
