The SZB900 series zero-bias Schottky detector diodes perform as components of video detectors and power monitors, eliminating the need for external dc biasing. The diodes feature low junction capacitances, high-voltage sensitivity, uniform video resistances, and high sensitivity, all without external bias circuitry. With forward voltage drops of 0.3V and reliable TSS, they are suitable for use in waveguide, coaxial, and stripline applications through K-band. With an operating temperature from -55°C to +150°C and power dissipation of 100 mW, the diodes come in chip, glass, ceramic, and beam lead packages.
