Inc., Pittsford, NY, are certified by the LXI consortium and feature real-time sample rates up to 2 Gsps, a 50 Gsps equivalent sample rate, and 60–200 MHz bandwidths. Features include a proprietary ASIC front-end, digital filtering, pass/fail testing, record, playback, and a variety of I/O capabilities. Scopes offer logic, alternate, and other triggering modes; a built-in FFT function; frequency counter; and math functions. Ultrascope software is also included.
