New rotary inductive analog sensors from TURCK, Minneapolis, MN, provide 360° angular measurement and use resistance inductive capacitance (RLC) technology to provide measurements while being immune to EMC interference. Sensors are IP67-rated, have an operating temperature range of –40°C to 70°C, and use a separate sensor and positioning element, allowing you to mount the positioning element in a variety of ways. Applications include measuring the angle of solar panels, wind turbine blade position, crane position, and other outdoor uses.
