Qorvo's latest RF driver amplifiers, the QPA9805, QPA9807, and QPA9842, address a number of applications. The amps boast a number of features including excellent gain flatness. All three are balanced modules with embedded hybrid couplers to convert to single ended input and output ports. They have enable pins to allow amp shutdown and require minimal external components, i.e., VCC choke inductors, decoupling caps.
The QPA9805 provides +27.4 dBm P1dB with 20 dB gain and +43.2 dBm OIP3 across a wide frequency range of 600 MHz to 1 GHz to cover the 3GPP Bands 5, 6, 8, 12, 13, 14, 17 and 71. It is packaged in a small 5 x 5 mm leadless package that is internally matched to 50Ω on all ports.
The QPA9807 provides +24.7 dBm P1dB with 20 dB gain and +40.3 dBm OIP3 across a wide frequency range of 2.3 to 2.7 GHz to cover the 3GPP Bands 7, 30, 38, 40, and 41. The QPA9807 is packaged in a small 5 x 5 mm leadless package that is internally matched to 50Ω on all RF ports.
The QPA9842 provides 25 dBm P1dB with 19.5 dB gain and +40.3 dBm OIP3 across a wide frequency range of 3.4 to 3.8 MHz to cover the 3GPP Bands 42 and 43. The QPA9842 is packaged in a small 5 x 5 mm leadless package that is internally matched to 50Ω on all RF ports.
