The GIT G2010IMU from
Global Imaging Technologies, Hunt Valley, MD, can collect RGB and NIR data simultaneously and incorporates an IMU coupled to GPS. The frames, which are 7880 pixels wide, collected to 12-bit pixel depth, and reduced to 8-bit imagery, are triggered within a hundredth of a microsecond of each other, resulting in a lack of noticeable registration error in post-flight analysis. During collection, data are stored on the sensor itself, which has capacity for 1 TB. After collection you can download the data using the company's Data Download Module and transferring them to a PC via IEEE-1394. Applications include geospatial DA and processing.
