The Sensaphone 1800 from
Sensaphone, Phonetics Inc., Aston, PA, protects manufacturing facilities and storage by monitoring critical fluid storage, flowmeters, water levels, timers, temperature, power failure, and alarms. It can sense and issue alarms on ultra-low temperatures down to –85°C. When a problem is detected, the system automatically issues an alarm, delivering alarm notifications to up to 8 recipients by voice phone or text messages to alphanumeric pagers and cell phones. It also offers alarm history reviews, data logging, a Web-based interface, and remote control capabilities.
