Rail-to-Rail Comparator Consumes Little Space

Sporting a CSP footprint of 0.8 mm x 1.2 mm x 0.52 mm, the TS985 rail-to-rail comparator targets space-constrained applications such as smartphones, smartwatches, digital cameras, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, and portable test equipment. The device operates from a supply voltage as low as 1.8V with a typical operating current of 14 µA also. Typical propagation delay is 300 ns. Through its rail-to-rail input, the TS985 accepts signal amplitudes up to the supply voltage. Other features include a push-pull output and an ESD tolerance of 2 kV HBM / 200V MM.
