Pyroelectric LTO Detectors Operate In Current Mode

Pyroelectric LTO Detectors Operate In Current Mode
Laser Components USA Inc.

The company’s latest pyrodetectors are used in current mode where the signal is relatively strong on a low offset with a consistent temperature dependency across a wide range. The initial products consist of LiTaO3 detectors in a TO-39 housing, presented as single and dual sensors with an active area of up to 3.0 x 3.0 mm². They are available both with and without an additional blind element. The purpose of the blind element is temperature fluctuation compensation as well as higher internal amplification. A wide range of filters are available. For more info, go to http://www.lasercomponents.com/de-en/ir-components/pyroelectric-detectors
