PVI Sets Output Current Benchmark

PVI Sets Output Current Benchmark

Claiming to set a standard in isolated control arenas, the 8A100-2 dual photovoltaic isolator (PVI) milli-Watt power source allegedly achieves the highest output current of any PVI on the market while providing a logic-level compatible output voltage. The relatively high output power of this device is achieved using a dual LED emitter structure in conjunction with a PVI detector array. Other reported features include guaranteed minimum output current, high working isolation voltage, dual independent floating outputs, low coupling capacitance, low noise, high speed, and high reliability.
