Achieving a1% power supply threshold accuracy, the LTC2933 programmable voltage supervisor integrates EEPROM for simultaneous monitoring six voltage rails from 0.2V to 13.9V. Requiring no external resistors to set thresholds, the device provides an I2C/SMBus interface to access onboard EEPROM. Each channel is programmable to one of 256 available over-voltage and under-voltage fault or warning thresholds, which can be disabled for margining purposes. In a 16-pin, 5 mm x 4 mm DFN or narrow 16-lead SSOP, the LTC2933 is available in commercial and industrial temperature versions. Pricing starts at $4.85 each/1,000.
