The 5134B Piezosmart programmable TEDS signal conditioner from Kistler Instrument Corp., Amherst, NY, is for IEPE sensors and is housed in a standard 14E wide, 3U high Euro-cassette. Four front-panel LEDs show the status of each channel. You adjust the signal conditioner using the LCD and front-panel controls or via its USB interface. Each channel can be configured with gain, filtering, current level, and time constant. Features include ±10 V max. output, gain programmable from 0.5–150, 4-pole Butterworth filters, and wide bandwidth.
