Unitronics, Quincy, MA, offers the V100-17-PB1 Profibus communication module for use with its Vision350 and Vision130 Series all-in-one PLC + HMI controllers. The module lets the controllers function in a Profibus DP network as slave devices via GSD files. Both series of controllers support a range of analog and digital I/O. The Vision350 supports up to 512 I/O via on-board and expansion modules while the Vision130 is expandable up to 256 I/O points.
