Honeywell Sensing and Control, Minneapolis, MN, has added a single-side liquid media option for its TruStability line of pressure sensors that lets you use one port of the sensor with condensing humidity or noncorrosive liquid media, such as deionized water. The TruStability line comprises the HSC Series and SSC Series of devices. The HSC Series provides ±1% total error band specification, compensated across the 0°C–50°C temperature range while the SSC Series provides a ±2% total error band specification, compensated across the –20°C to 85°C temperature range. All sensors are temperature compensated, calibrated, provide an amplified signal, and have analog or digital outputs. Custom calibration ranges, output options, power options, pressure types, pressure ranges, and mounting options are available.
