The P-763 XY two-axis nanopositioning system targets cost-sensitive OEM and research applications where high precision, high throughput, and fast step-and-settle times are necessary. It is a multilayer-piezo driven stage measuring 70 mm x 70 mm with a 30 mm x 30 mm aperture. Other features include a travel range of 200 x 200 µm, a digital-servo controller with 24-bit resolution, and ultra-low noise d/a converters.
