The latest STM8S Access Line microcontroller (MCUs) are tested up to +125°C to ensure enduring performance at sustained high temperatures in applications such as lighting controls, motor drives, and industrial automation. The STM8S103F3U3 is based on the STM8 16MHz 8-bit core and offers peripherals that include a 10-bit ADC, two 16-bit capture/compare timers, an 8-bit general-purpose timer, UART, SPI and I2C.
