Personal Gamma Radiation Dosimeter from RAE

The DoseRAE and DoseRAE-P from RAE Systems Inc., San Jose, CA, are Geiger-Muller tube-based gamma radiation dosimeters for first responders, nuclear power plants, research facilities, hospitals, and industrial locations using or producing radioactive gauges, oil exploration, and imaging technology. The cellphone-sized DoseRAE is a direct-reading dosimeter that lets you monitor personal radiation dosages; its setting can be changed using the dosimeter reader. The programmable DoseRAE-P lets you change alarm settings on the fly. Both provide accurate dose readings with resolution of <0.02 μSv in addition to stay-time warning and absolute stay-time alarms.
