FilterSense
Designed for monitoring particulate emissions from fabric filters and particulate flow in process pipes, the Model PS 10 particulate sensor from FilterSense, Beverly, MA, has ceramic insulation and a ceramic protective layer over the probe. The sensor is mounted remotely to electronic control units with industrial temperature ratings of 160°F. Temperature ratings are up to 1600°F and pressure ratings to 1000 psi are available. Applications include coal gasification, fluid bed reactors in the plastic industry, kilns, high-temperature carbon black, and various combustion processes.
