The Model PNC700 from Stellar Technology Inc., Amherst, NY, is a general-purpose tension/compression load cell with 0.05% BFSL accuracy, high off-axis performance, high fatigue life, and large industry-standard loading threads. The sensor comes standard with a 3 mV/V output and optional internal or inline amplifiers. Sensing ranges are from 100 lbf. to 100,000 lbf., static overload capacity is 150% FSO, and operating temperature range is –65°F to 400°F. The barometrically compensated device has a standard compensated temperature range of 70°F–170°F.
