Optellios Inc to Merge with Senstar

OTTAWA, Canada -- Senstar Corporation, the world's largest manufacturer of perimeter intrusion detection systems (PIDS), announced today that following the signing of a definitive purchase agreement of Optellios, a world leader in fiber optic sensing technology, it intends to conclude the transaction in April 2014.
