Online Analyzer Monitors Sulfuric Acid Continuously
SensoTech Inc.

For the critical monitoring of sulfuric acid behavior, the LiquiSonic analyzer monitors the concentration of sulfuric acid and oleum continuously, in real time, using a single sonic velocity sensor that is installed directly in the pipe. Hastelloy C-2000 sensor material makes the sensor completely maintenance-free. Due to the chemical and physical properties of sulfuric acid and oleum, the analyzer provides measurement accuracy up to ± 0.03 m%. Results are updated every second. Additionally, the LiquiSonic controller displays and stores the real-time information. Via 4-20 mA signal, digital outputs, serial interfaces, fieldbus or Ethernet, the controller easily integrates into the network and control system.
