The Micro-Hybrid high temperature non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas measurement module can operate reliably in temperatures up to +190°C. Based on the NDIR principle, its two-channel thermopile detector contains two thermopile chips with IR narrow band-pass filters: one for CO2 or other gases and one for the reference channel. The Micro-Hybrid high temperature module can be used for gas analysis in applications that include medical, refinery, mining, automotive, and semiconductor instrumentation.
