Murata Announces Noise Suppression Solution for Automotive HQ Audio System

Smyrna, GA --- Murata Americas announces the expansion of its NFZ series. This line of multilayer noise filters was developed specifically for suppressing radiation noise in audio lines while maintaining high levels of sound quality. Further, these new filters are suitable for automotive infotainment applications.

As the electrification of automobiles advances, so too has the demand for audio line noise suppression products. In addition to the above-mentioned benefits, this series delivers improved total harmonic distortion and noise characteristics (THD+N). These aspects serve as indicators for assessing both the distortion rate and noise of audio signals. The lower the values, the less the sound quality is adversely affected.
