Multiparameter Analyzer from Emerson Process Management

The Rosemount Analytical Model 1057 from Emerson Process Management, Irvine, CA, is an intelligent analyzer that combines up to 3 measurements (selectable from pH, ORP, contacting conductivity, or resistivity) in any combination. The analyzer includes four 4–20 mA current outputs allowing live measurement data and process temperature to be communicated to SCADA, PLC, or DSC host monitoring systems. The analyzer features modular design, with signal input boards that can be field-replaced; Quick Start programming screens on the first start-up; auto-recognition of each measurement board with user prompts to configure each sensor loop; and display of live process variables during programming and calibration.
